April 28, Tianbao Feng·   Hualong Fertilizer Group held a April employee summary meeting. Department heads and regional managers analyzed and summarized the work of April and planned and arranged the work to be carried out in May. The meeting was chaired by Minister Li of the Supervision Department, and attended by General Manager He, General Manager Lai, Deputy General Manager Li, Chief Financial Officer Xu, and all staff of the Marketing Department.

The meeting began with training sessions on pesticide knowledge, short video shooting techniques, and raw material knowledge, given by the Pesticide Department, Advertising Planning Department, and Procurement Department, respectively. This was followed by reports summarizing the work of April from various functional department heads, who also outlined requirements and statements regarding inter-departmental collaboration. Next, regional managers shared and exchanged information on their April work, and broke down and looked ahead to May's work goals.

Finally, Deputy General Manager Li made supplementary remarks. The head of the Production Department answered and summarized questions raised by regional managers regarding products and production. General Manager Lai of Marketing outlined requirements and deployment for May's performance indicators, requiring all staff in the Marketing Department to learn, work, and think simultaneously, striving to improve product knowledge and work efficiency. This meeting, in accordance with the company's overall development strategy, helped everyone find their place, creating greater benefits for both individual development and company growth.
