Introduction of polyaspartic acid enhancer and its production and application in special fertilizers for Solanaceae vegetables
Abstract: In order to improve fertilizer utilization rate and protect the ecological environment of farmland, field experiments were conducted to study the effects of polyaspartic acid enhancer on vegetable growth and yield. The Guizhou Provincial Department of Science and Technology and Guizhou Tianbaofeng Original Ecological Agriculture Technology Co., Ltd. jointly conducted on-site yield measurement of polyaspartic acid efficient fertilizer on tomatoes and Solanaceae vegetables in Xiaocing Township, Xiuwen County, Guizhou Province The results showed that compared with traditional fertilization, polyaspartic acid efficient fertilizer can increase the yield of Solanaceae vegetables by about one-third. Polyaspartic acid efficient fertilizer has little effect on the change of soil organic matter, but it has a certain promoting effect on the absorption of soil alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen and available phosphorus, and has no significant effect on available potassium, but the simultaneous addition of NAM long-acting agent can prolong the nutrient supply time. It will not cause soil salinization and other environmental problems, and it is suitable for promotion in agriculture.
On August 1, 2019, the Guizhou Provincial Department of Science and Technology organized relevant experts to conduct field yield measurement on the "Introduction of polyaspartic acid enhancer and its production and application in special fertilizers for Solanaceae vegetables (Guizhou Science and Technology Achievement [2018]4309)" project implemented by Guizhou Tianbaofeng Original Ecological Agriculture Technology Co., Ltd. and Guizhou Academy of Agricultural Sciences Soil and Fertilizer Research Institute in Xiaocing Township, Xiuwen County, Guiyang City. The experiment was designed strictly in accordance with the requirements of field experiments. The expert group inspected the plant type and growth potential of tomatoes and eggplants at the demonstration site, listened to the introduction of the introduction of polyaspartic acid enhancer, the research and development and production of polyaspartic acid stable fertilizer, and the application technology by the project personnel, and randomly selected plants in the demonstration field for yield measurement according to the relevant requirements of vegetable field yield measurement.

Tomato demonstration plot 1: Contractor Xiao Ronglin, area 3 mu, medium fertility soil, demonstration tomato variety is "Anma 161", planting method is "single-ridge double-row" cultivation, density 1800 plants/mu, yield measurement method is random picking of 10 plants' second stage fruits for weighing. The results are: the fruit weight in the conventional fertilization area is 5.92 kg, the yield per mu is 1065.6 kg/mu; the fruit weight in the polyaspartic acid stable fertilizer demonstration area is 9.40 kg, and the yield per mu is 1692.0 kg/mu. The yield in the polyaspartic acid stable fertilizer demonstration area is 626.4 kg/mu higher than that in the conventional fertilization area, with an increase of 58.8%.

The results are: the fruit weight in the conventional fertilization area is 5.76 kg, the yield per mu is 1036.8 kg/mu; the fruit weight in the polyaspartic acid stable fertilizer demonstration area is 8.56 kg, and the yield per mu is 1540.8 kg/mu. The yield in the polyaspartic acid stable fertilizer demonstration area is 504.0 kg/mu higher than that in the conventional fertilization area, with an increase of 48.6%.
After the weighted average of the tomato yield in the above two demonstration plots, the average yield of the second stage fruits in the polyaspartic acid stable fertilizer demonstration area is 1616.4 kg/mu, and the average yield of the second stage fruits in the conventional fertilization area is 1051.2 kg/mu, with an increase of 565.2 kg/mu, and an increase rate of 53.8%.
Eggplant demonstration plot 1: Contractor Xiao Ronglin, area 2.2 mu, medium fertility soil, demonstration tomato variety is "Ruibao No. 3", planting method is "single-ridge single-row" cultivation, density 1200 plants/mu, yield measurement method is random picking of 40 plants' first stage fruits for weighing. The results are: the fruit weight in the conventional fertilization area is 5.38 kg, the yield per mu is 161.4 kg/mu; the fruit weight in the polyaspartic acid stable fertilizer demonstration area is 6.70 kg, and the yield per mu is 201.0 kg/mu. The yield in the polyaspartic acid stable fertilizer demonstration area is 39.6 kg/mu higher than that in the conventional fertilization area, with an increase of 24.5%.

The results are: the fruit weight in the conventional fertilization area is 4.24 kg, the yield per mu is 127.2 kg/mu; the fruit weight in the polyaspartic acid stable fertilizer demonstration area is 7.06 kg, and the yield per mu is 211.8 kg/mu. The yield in the polyaspartic acid stable fertilizer demonstration area is 84.6 kg/mu higher than that in the conventional fertilization area, with an increase of 66.5%.
After the weighted average of the eggplant yield in the above two demonstration plots, the average yield of the first stage fruits in the polyaspartic acid stable fertilizer demonstration area is 206.4 kg/mu, and the average yield of the first stage fruits in the conventional fertilization area is 144.3 kg/mu, with an increase of 62.1 kg/mu, and an increase rate of 43.0%.
Results show that compared with traditional fertilization, polyaspartic acid efficient fertilizer can increase the yield of Solanaceae vegetables by about one third, with larger and fuller tomatoes. Polyaspartic acid efficient fertilizer has little impact on soil organic matter changes, and has a certain promoting effect on the absorption of soil alkaline nitrogen and available phosphorus, but has no significant effect on available potassium. However, the simultaneous addition of NAM long-acting agent can prolong the nutrient supply time. It will not cause soil salinization and other environmental problems, and is suitable for promotion in agriculture.
